Editorial Director / Editor / Writer
For the past few decades, I've worked as an editorial director, managing editor, and writer.
I served as Editorial Director for multiple sites owned by LifeSavvy Media, including their flagship site, How-To Geek. Before that, I was a writer and community manager for Lifehacker. And before that, I spent years as a freelance writer and editor.
An expert on topics like Windows, Microsft Office, Exchange Server, computer hardware, and general networking, I've written or co-written over 30 computer-related books in more than a dozen languages for publishers like Microsoft Press, O'Reilly, and Pearson.
I've also written hundreds of white papers, articles, user manuals, and courseware over the years---mostly for Microsoft.
